Windows PowerShell; Python 3.13 used locally. Internet access required.
Extract to an empty folder, open PowerShell there, inspect hf-preview-only.ps1,
then create a local venv (no activation needed):

.\.venv\Scripts\hf.exe version

Run the reviewed script in that folder:
& .\hf-preview-only.ps1

If execution policy blocks it, paste the inspected script into PowerShell;
this guide does not require changing system execution policy.

The script temporarily isolates HF_HOME and clears explicit Hugging Face tokens,
then restores original process environment values. It does not log in.
Public unauthenticated rate-limit warnings may appear. An hf-cli skill-install
hint may appear; no skill installation is required for this exercise.

Expected observed preview: model.safetensors about 548.1M; config.json 665 bytes
and tokenizer_config.json 26 bytes. No payload cache appeared in our run.
These are transfer previews, not inference or memory measurements.
Package installation itself downloads Python dependencies. Dry-run still contacts
the Hub for metadata. Logs include actual local observations, not model outputs.
Do not remove --dry-run. The selected configs are not a runnable model.
The optional AI review prompt has not been run or evaluated.
