JAB Systems ("we", "us") provides AI services and tools at jabsystems.io. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), and the project details you write.
- Server logs: standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
- Chat agent transcripts (if you use the chat widget): the messages you send and the responses we return, stored for quality and abuse prevention.
We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
- To respond to project inquiries you submit.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and chat agent.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who processes it
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the site and processes form submissions on our behalf.
- Cloudflare may proxy requests in transit.
- The chat agent runs on infrastructure we operate directly; transcripts are stored in our database.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months in the Netlify Forms dashboard and in our email. Chat transcripts are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or California (or other jurisdictions with comparable laws), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@jabsystems.io.
Cookies
We do not set tracking cookies. Strictly-necessary session cookies may be set by Netlify or Cloudflare for security purposes.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, note the change on the homepage.
